Frequently Asked Questions
What makes this toothbrush different from a standard one for our kids?
How do we get our children to use it properly?
It is simple. Your child bites down gently on the soft U-shaped head and presses the button. The brush runs a full 30 second clean on its own. Stay close and guide them while they learn, and soon they can do it on their own.
When can we expect our order to arrive at our door?
Orders ship out fast and arrive in 5 to 8 business days with tracking. You will get a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.
Does this work safely for little ones with sensitive gums?
Yes. The U-shaped head is made of soft, food-grade silicone that is gentle on young gums and teeth, and the cleaning cycle is soft and steady, never harsh.
What if our children do not like using the new toothbrush?
Every order is covered by our 30 day money back guarantee. If it does not become a favorite part of the day, reach out to us and we will make it right with a return or a refund.
